  1. Review the five summative tables compiled by Rita Fleming-Castaldy, PhD, OTR, FAOTA regarding key 2022 AOTA Bylaw Content Revisions and Changes to the Voting Process. This includes:  
  2. Current and Revised Bylaws Content Related to the Purpose of the Representative Assembly  
  3. Current and Revised Bylaws Content Related to an Elected Versus an Appointed RA  
  4. Current and Revised Bylaws Content Related to Directors’ Experience and Fiduciary Duty  
  5. Current and Revised Bylaws Content Related to Removal of Directors and Officers  
  6. 2022 Bylaws Voting Requirement, Presented Rationale, and Unanswered Questions
