Topic:  SLEEP IN THE TIME OF COVID

Learning Objectives:

1.       To review normal developmental and life-cycle changes in sleep; and to consider and explore the impact of Covid through a developmental lens

2.       To recognize current alterations in daily-life structure impacting sleep

3.       To name inequities that impact sleep, including housing and work requirements and to recognize the context and challenges of the Covid Pandemic  

• 4.       To describe opportunities to protect and enhance sleep by modifying behaviors and environments

  5.       To support well-being and occupational performance during “these unprecedented times”

Networking: will leave time at the beginning for introductions, announcements, and job openings etc.
