    Our flagship program, Sensory-Enhanced Yoga® for Self-Regulation & Trauma Healing, is geared towards older adolescents and adults who have mental health needs and do not require language modifications. This program draws on the highly successful Iraq Yoga Study and extensive experience with trauma and anxiety.     SMYLE™ Webinar Series
    This 25-hour webinar series, sold in three parts, is aimed at teachers, OTs, and other school-based professionals. It helps students manage symptoms of trauma, stress, anxiety, and ADHD, promoting a calm and focused state conducive to learning. The program includes 5 pre-recorded sessions for Parts 1 & 2, available from July 1, and live interactive sessions for Part 3 on September 28, 29, and October 5 (9:30 am-3 pm). Early Bird Tuition is $435 (ending August 1), with a regular rate of $495 and a group rate of $50 off per person for groups of three or more. The required book is for the course is Sensory-Enhanced Yoga for Children and Adolescents: Healing Trauma, Anxiety, and Stress Through the Koshas (newly published!).

    Self-Regulation & Trauma Healing Webinar Series
    This 25-hour series focuses on older adolescents and adults with mental health needs. It builds on the successful treatment protocol used in the Iraq Yoga Study, showing significant improvements in anxiety and mental health. The program includes pre-recorded sessions for Part 1, available from August 1, and live sessions for Part 2 on October 26, 27 and November 2 (9:30 am-3 pm). Early Bird Tuition is $435 (ending September 1), with a regular rate of $495 and a group rate of $50 off per person for groups of three or more. The required book for the course Sensory-Enhanced Yoga for Self-Regulation and Trauma Healing.

    Both programs offer 23 PDUs for NBCOT renewal (which qualifies for MA Board of Allied Health Professionals) and are approved for 23 contact hours by Yoga Alliance; renewal is pending for the International Association for Yoga Therapists.
