Guest Speakers: Current OTRs covering multiple settings of skilled nursing/pediatric homecare/outpatient and FW student perspectives: Addressing new grad transition and student role in FW with productivity.
SIG Objectives:
Explain productivity standards, what is means in clinical setting and by definition to clinical practice
Identify 1-3 strategies to implement within OTS/OTR/OTA roles in order to increase ability to maintain productivity standards across various clinical settings
Identify the importance of ethics and strategies to maintain standards across various settings/scenarios via case examples at the end of session. _________________________________________________________________
