One Year Later: Personal Perspectives on the Pandemic
Given that we are experiencing an unprecedented time of great loss and uncertainty globally, leaders in the field must have an understanding of the potential needs of those with whom they work in order to support healing, resiliency and recovery. This group open discussion session will explore the impact of the pandemic on individual practitioners working in diverse settings, with different populations, and varying needs to act as a catalyst for identifying opportunities that foster resiliency and participation across persons, organizations and populations. In this lens, the manner in which panelists have used evidence-based strategies to help recognize progress and guide the recovery process in their patient populations and practices will be addressed.
